(1) The Government of Nepal may issue necessary instructions to the Board regarding the operation of trains and railway services.
(2) If it appears that any property of the Railways has been damaged or is about to be damaged or there is an obstruction in the enjoyment of such property, the Government of Nepal may order the Board, any person, institution or body to stop such action.
(3) If the Board does or is about to do any work contrary to this Act or the rules made under this Act, the Government of Nepal may issue an order to stop such work.
(4) The Government of Nepal may, by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette, grant a discount or a concession to pay, not to pay, or to pay less of any or all rents to be paid to the board in the specified cases, such rents may be paid by persons with disabilities, certain persons or persons of a specified group.
